WE FULLY SUPPORT CREATING A DIRECT CONNECTION BETWEEN THE CAPITALS OF THE U.S. AND CHINA. BRIDGING THESE TWO CITIES WILL CREATE THE KIND OF UNITY THAT IS EMBLEMATIC OF THE OLYMPIC GAMES.
U.S. Olympic long distance runner Alan Webb of northern Virginia, says he hopes the Department of Transportation will approve the route.
